#NYFW Best in Show: Day 5

Oscar de la Renta -  Nobody does Fairytale glamour quite like the man himself, Mr de la Renta. Beautiful prom dresses in pastel colours stole the show while lace creations and ballgowns closed the spring collection effortlessly. Absolutely wonderful!

Donna Karan - A flick of a brushstroke and some very tall hats. Donna Karan's latest collection was beautiful as always with some wonderful prints and inspiring silhouettes. If you are fan of the chic, 50's skirt billowing out at the waist, this is the collection for you!

Rodarte - Laura and Kate Mulleavy have intensified their Star Wars obsession of last seen and gone a little more sci-fi instead. Metallic dresses, fish tails sequins, knee high boots and over sized parkas; there was no fault at all with this collection.

Polo Ralph Lauren - Maybe not as exciting or enticing as Ralph's main label, however Polo is just as wearable and indeed, desirable. Preppy hats and old school glamour were thrown in as were bold yellows, baseball jackets and pretty lace dresses. Amor.

Tory Burch - Nobody does relaxed, American style better than the woman herself, Ms Burch.Mini dresses were adorned with Hawaiian prints as white brogues complimented each look beautifully. Tanned legs, wind swept hair and a carefree attitude - that's all you need for Summer.
